Arrival Day (0) Friday 10, September

Your Delegation will be transported to AAST in Alexandria with shuttle Super Jet Coach
according  to the itinary you have sent to Ms Ghada (before September 1, 2004). 
Independently of your arrival time September (8 - 10),  2004, the travel agency MISR
Travel will facilitate your trip from the Airports in Cairo and Alexandria respectively. 
Look for the sign with the logo of GEYC 2004 in the entrance hall of the International 
Arrivals.

Check-in and registration for accomodation at AAST all day (September 10, 2004).
Rooms will be delivered when you arrive. Address to AAST is: Abo-Keer, Alexandria. 

 

Day (1) Saturday 11, September

8:00 am Buses leave from AAST for Biblioteca Alexandrina (BA)

9:30 am - 10:30 am Registration for the GEYC (Conference Center of BA)

Opening Session

10:30 am - 11:00 am Inauguration with Flag Ceremony (starts at the Plaza, 
continues in the Great Hall)

sustainable future as PART III and PART IV of GEYC. Parallel thematic workshops 
and interviews in small groups to evaluate the Young Masters Program. 
(Meeting room A, B, D and Exhibition Halls, Conference Center - separate schedule 
will be announced).

5:00 pm - 5:45 pm Reporting for Website and Newsletter (Great Hall)

6:00 pm Departure to AAST Lodging 

8:00 pm Gala Dinner with Folk Singing and Social Evening

Buses will take you to the Library of Alexandria alternatively to the railway 
station for your individual transport on your own to your respectively country.
